I am continuing with my slow parting with unneeded things. I have gotten rid of an old humidifier that my son had for years. He used to get nosebleeds and his doctor recommended humidifier. We would use it continuously, winter and summer, and it seemed to have helped. But for the past couple of years it's been sitting in the closet, all dusty and dirty. And so it was time to let it go as it gotten beyond a point when it could have been cleaned.
Another things I let go of was a bag of clothing that we no longer need. That went to my mother and she will sort through it and see where it will go, to relatives or donation.
I think the next source of things to let go of will be my son's closet, yet again. We are planning to rearrange his closet, maybe this week, and so I'm sure there are things that can go to someone else. Freecycle to the rescue!
